Refunds and Returns Policy
Our policy is applicable for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed from the date of purchase, we do not offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return and refund, the item(s) must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it along with proof of purchase and/or the original packing slip.
Items purchased on sale will not be accepted for return.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the authorized refund amount.
Exchanges must be approved prior to sending the item(s) back. Upon approval items can be mailed to Saddled ‘N’ Ready at 200 VZ County Road 4913, Ben Wheeler, TX 75754.
Refunds
Once your return is received and processed, we will send an email notification of eligibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied based on the payment origin.
If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank and/or credit card provider. Please contact us if your financial institutions have not posted a credit to your account within 14 days of refund approval.
